- Vibration Isolation Mounts reduce vibration by isolating an object, such as a piece of equipment from the source of damaging vibrations which also lowers structure-borne noise. These are also known as isolation mounts, anti vibration mounts, rubber isolation mounts and shock mounts.
- Rubber Grommets and Custom Molded Parts: In addition to controlling sound, vibration and shock, grommets provide a layer of protection from sharp edges. Grommets are generally used to pierce through a material, such as metal or plastic.
- Rubber extruding, extruded rubber, and extruding rubber are processes used to create a one-time special part or a high-volume, continuous length of a fixed cross-sectional solid rubber profile or a sponge rubber profile. This rubber extrusion process is used to produce seals, gaskets, tubing, grip seals, window seals, weather stripping, rings, bands, and other custom rubber seals.
- Commercial and Military sealing strips, HVAC, trim molding, window locking channels, and glazing channels. All rubber, thermoplastic TPE / TPR and PVC compounds/polymers are available to manufacture your Custom Profiles‚ or standard L, U, P, H, D, Bumper Strips and Window. From prototype quantities cured in our autoclaves to continuous microwave or salt-bath curing, all products are made to your specifications and produced accordingly.
